Happy New Year!
Today is the day we make all of these resolutions for the new year. Here are a few of mine-from last year–and happy to say-I was successful and here are the ten for this year!! Rather than go on and on about our accomplishments this year-I am saving it for a later date–needless to say we produced more champions than any other coach or program in existence at all levels–skill levels, age levels, amateur, junior and pro! More on that later….in the new year we will…..
1. Continue to work with athletes out here in Arizona.
2. Work with my junior athletes to get them to Junior Nationals and beyond. (got a #1 Pro title, #10 ranked pro, 3 junior players qualified for the USA team, and multiple age division champions)
3. Continue to work with the top players and pros in the game to help them continue to be or become the best; Kane, Thomas Carter, Angelica Barrios, and Yanna Salazar to name a few!
4. Work with athletes preparing for the Worlds in China!
5 Continue to work with USA Racquetball to certify instructors for coaching and teaching racquetball.
6. Continue coaching in my monthly racquetball business. Every player who has signed up and followed the practice plan has improved two levels!
7. Continue to work with Pro Kennex to develop the best players and sell the best racquets on the market.
8. Continue to work locally to help contribute to the racquetball effort in the great state of Arizona.
9. Continue to run the longest running and most successful camp in racquetball, the Elite Camp in St. Louis. The 2024 version featured the largest turnout ever, 49 kids!!
10. Continue to help as much as I can as a volunteer coach at Arizona State University and help a new generation of young women and men learn the great sport of racquetball!
11. Work with my title sponsor to bring the LPRT back to Arizona in a few weeks! I hope to see some of you readers there!!
