Hey Coach-please go over this video. Hey Coach, how do you hit a cross court more effectively? Uh, ok, but how are you planning to pay me? Oh, you want “free”! Let’s discuss!
1. Taken in it’s simplest form, I sell information. I am a shortcut to excellence. Of course it is more than that, because I am the most experienced coach with the most champions built from 0 to pro of anyone out there. Once I tried to list every national champion I have had since 1978 when I had my first two. I lost count around 45. In fact, the distant second coach was coached by me. The third place Coach also. You get the picture.
2. One of the above coaches said to me; hey all of these free instructional videos are out there on websites and are free. My response: They should be free. They are teaching incorrect information. Most websites reinforce poor footwork and poor mechanics. And yes, it should be free!
3. There is a reason people come to me and it is a result of me contacting them and telling them congratulations they have been chosen to pay me $500 for me to coach them. I will repeat that-Every player I have ever coached came to me-I did not go to them and ask them if I could coach them.
4. People come to me and pay me for a reason.
5. Free advice? Pay for your training and even then, buyer beware….not all coaching is equal.
