This is a great day for family and friends. Some of my athletes have lost people close to them and my heart goes out to them today.
Enjoy your family and enjoy your friends and celebrate this most holy of all days on the Christian calendar. No Racquetball today and put it in perspective!

Family second!
Work and/or education third
Health fourth
Then Racquetball!!!
I spent three years in the military away from home on Christmas and I remember how miserable that was as a young man stationed overseas and being away from my family. Please think of our great women and men in uniform. God Bless them all and bring them home safely.
